Showcasing Impact: Drop of Water’s Leadership
This year, Drop of Water, a leading Ethiopian organization and a proud member of EAPN, will lead the GivingTuesday campaign in Ethiopia. Known for its tireless efforts to improve access to clean water, Drop of Water has transformed lives in communities where clean water was once a distant dream. By addressing a fundamental human need, the organization demonstrates the power of African solutions to African challenges.
As part of its leadership role, Drop of Water will showcase its impactful work in water access and sanitation, reminding us all of the vital role generosity plays in improving livelihoods. Beyond sharing its story, Drop of Water is taking an active role in fostering a culture of giving in Ethiopia by inviting local organizations to participate in future GivingTuesday campaigns.
A Growing Movement: Nurturing the Nuru Collective
Drop of Water will also spearhead Ethiopia’s contribution to the Nuru Collective, an EAPN initiative designed to nurture a new generation of philanthropic leaders. By selecting Ethiopian fellows for the collective, Drop of Water is helping to build a strong network of changemakers committed to driving transformative development in their communities.
